24 CE FL LMT Renewal Home Study Package Chair Event Massage with Active Assisted Upper Body Stretching with Sanitation Training Elective

Our mission is to help students earn legitimate CE credit for government relicensing purposes. We do have some requirements of our own to provide this. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS NONREFUNDABLE, TIME-SENSITIVE TRAINING UNLESS YOU READ AND FOLLOW: 

1. Please do not register for this training unless you mean to legitimately complete it. Training must be 100% completed to earn CE credit and reporting. Partial credit and CE reporting are NOT available to students who have incomplete training and/or attempt to fast forward or skip through our training videos. We report fully completed 24 CE packages to CE Broker every 48 hours, and we report them daily during the last 15 days of August.

2. Students must purchase training with their own payment method in their licensed name which MATCHES their license # for CE reporting. Please do not allow anyone other than the student/licensee to purchase, contribute, take or complete any element of this training. Self-reporting your own CE hours is required when your licensed name does not match your registered student name.

3. This massively discounted 24 CE package includes everything an active FL MT requires to renew their license for the Aug 31, 2025, 2023 & 2021 renewal periods, including the "hands-on"/relevant to massage CE credit that used to be required live, in-person. This package can NOT be used towards Florida's Aug 31, 2027 renewal, and is only eligible for FL MT Board & NCBTMB CE credit. Because FL LMT laws training is included in this package, it is NOT eligible for CE credit with other boards. 

4. A laptop or desktop computer with stable internet connection is required to complete this computer based training. Please do not attempt to use lesser devices such as a cell phone or tablet with this online training.

5. These 24 CE packages must be completed within 31-days from the minute of purchase before they automatically expire/deactivate. Please immediately start training  after purchase, because training extensions are not available for any reason, including tech issues.

6. Training is 100% prerecorded videos, quizzes and a survey which you can watch/take 24/7, until your course access expires. Students can take their quizzes as many times as needed until passing, or until their course access expires. The boards require a passing grade of 70%.

7. Course subjects are automatically provided in a specific order that cannot be changed. Please purchase courses separately if you wish to take your training in a different order.

8. All 24 CE hours of training must be completed online, in our home study system for CE credit. The videos we use to teach this training are not distributed offline and cannot be downloaded. Students can download a large amount of companion training pdf files to keep forever during their course access time.

9. Our automated computers email a training course access link immediately after purchase. You can also login to your paid training at lms.CeInstitute.com with your registered email address, and then use the "Forgot Password" link if you did not set up a password, or cannot remember it.

This 24 CE FL LMT renewal package includes everything required to renew an active Florida Massage Therapist license. Your 12 CE Hour Hands-on, Relevant to Massage Techniques training is a combo class taught by Instructors Selena Belisle & Ben Benjamin, PhdD. The majority of your hands-on training will be provided with a client seated in a chair.  You can use either corporate on-site massage chairs or a regular seated chair and both.  We will also provide some upper body active assisted stretching that could be conducted either in seated position or on a massage table.

6 CE hours of your training will be chair massage class, we will review some business basics about how to execute a chair massage on-site event on your own plus the common supplies required for a proper, proficient and business-building chair massage operation.   Class includes instructor demonstration plus student practice and receipt of hands-on chair massage techniques that can be used for the “general public”.  We will review chair massage contraindications plus scientific research that shows the benefits of chair massage application.

The other 6 CE hours of this course will be an intensive, hands-on will teach you a comprehensive, effective stretching protocol for the upper body. The AAS training shows an instructor demonstration of one stretch, followed by student hands-on practice time of the same stretch on one side of the body, then the same stretch is shown for a 3rd time on the opposite side of the body. While it is not required, we highly recommend obtaining a live model to practice along with this online home study training.

Active Assisted Active Assisted Stretching (AAS) energizes the body, enhances the health of the tissues, increases flexibility, protects the body from injury, enhances the healing process, re-aligns the fascia and makes building strength more effective. Active Assisted Stretching is especially good for athletes, the elderly, and the injured, and can also benefit the neurologically impaired.

What sets AAS apart from other stretching routines is it is not overly strenuous to the practitioner and it is easy to learn.

The client actively participates in the stretching process, with a gentle, timed, targeted assist from the therapist at the end of every stretch to increase range of motion along with many other benefits. These techniques are much easier on the therapist’s body than massage and bodywork. During this workshop you will practice every stretch along with instructor demonstrations, at your own-pace.

The upper body stretches include the neck, shoulders, arms, wrists and hands.
