1. Please do not register for this training unless you mean to legitimately complete it. Online home study training must be 100% completed to earn CE credit and reporting. Partial credit and CE reporting are NOT available to anyone who attempts to fast forward or skip through our training videos which will create an incomplete and unreported training status. 

2. Licensees must purchase training with their own payment method in their own licensed name which MATCHES their license # for CE reporting. Please do not allow anyone other than the student/licensee to purchase, contribute, take or complete any element of this training. Self-reporting your own CE hours is required when the licensed name does not match the student's registered name.

3. This massively discounted 24 CE package is eligible for FL MT Board of Massage & NCBTMB CE credit. We can report some portions (but not all) of this 24 CE package plus the hands-on live CE course credit to the TN, SC, GA, NH, MI Board of Massage plus the Florida Board of Occupational Therapy. 4. A laptop or desktop computer with stable internet connection is required to complete the 12 CE hours of free computer based online home study training. Please do not attempt to use lesser devices such as a cell phone or tablet and then request assistance if it does not work. We are unable to assist or support inappropriate device use with our computer-based home study courses.  

5. The FREE 12 CE hours of online home study training provided in this 24 CE FL LMT renewal package must be completed within 31-days from the minute of purchase before it is automatically deactivated and expires. Please immediately start training  after purchase, because training extensions are not available for any reason with this free add-on training package, including tech issues.

6. The 12 CEs of online home study training is 100% prerecorded videos, quizzes and a survey which can be watched/taken 24/7, until the course access expires. Home study subjects are provided in a specific order with one CE certificate for all which cannot be changed. Students must watch 100% of the video training and can take their quizzes as many times as needed until passing, or until their course access expires. The boards require a passing grade of 70% with home study quizzes, while live in-person training only requires punctual and professional attendance. We recommend live in-person students arrive 30-minutes prior to the start of live training to sign-in, use the restroom, meet the other students and get settled because we always start live class on-time. Tardy in-person class arrivals could be denied entrance.

7. All 12 FREE CE hours of home study training must be completed online, in our home study system for CE credit. The videos we use to teach this training are not distributed offline and cannot be downloaded or fast forwarded, skipped or missed to earn CE credit. Students can download a large amount of companion training pdf files to keep forever during their course access period, before the training expires.

8. Our automated system emails a home study course access link immediately after purchase. You can also login to the free online home study training with purchase at lms.CeInstitute.com with your registered email address, and then use the "Forgot Password" link if you did not set up a password, or cannot remember it. If you do not receive this login link via email immediately after purchase, please check that we are not marked as spam, and please go back to your order to check the email address entered with it!

9. CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 7-days written notice via email info@CeInstitute.com prior to the start of class to change or cancel your live in-person class.  Registration within 7-days of the start of class is nonrefundable. There is a $50 fee deducted from all cancellations/refunds made with 7-days notice prior to the start date to cover the home study training costs, credit card merchant fees charged to provide a refund and the admin costs to process it all.

Our live in-person classes require an 8 student minimum to hold the training. Please email the school at info@CeInstitute.com prior to booking nonrefundable travel to ensure we have the minimum attendance required to hold the class.

We provide massage tables and chairs so you do not need to bring yours to class. Students should bring 2 sheets, a handle towel and face cradle cover to participate in hands-on training. Hands-on practice is encouraged, but not required to receive CE credit.

Your 12 CE Hour Hands-on, Relevant to Massage Techniques training will include mostly hands-on practice - finding a live model to work on during the hands-on portion of this course will be essential for hands-on practice.  This intensive, 12 hours of hands-on teaches you a comprehensive, effective stretching protocol for the lower body that can be performed on your clients in 50-60-minute sessions for the full body. Active Assisted Active Assisted Stretching (AAS) energizes the body, enhances the health of the tissues, increases flexibility, protects the body from injury, enhances the healing process, re-aligns the fascia and makes building strength more effective. Active Assisted Stretching is especially good for athletes, the elderly, and the injured, and can also benefit the neurologically impaired.

What sets AAS apart from other stretching routines is it is not overly strenuous to the practitioner and it is easy to learn.

The client actively participates in the stretching process, with a gentle, timed, targeted assist from the therapist at the end of every stretch to increase range of motion along with many other benefits. These techniques are much easier on the therapist’s body than massage and bodywork. 

The upper body stretches include the neck, shoulders, arms, wrists and hands.

The lower body stretches include the low back, hip, thigh, knee, lower leg, foot and ankle. To perform the lower body stretches, we recommend investing in a a stretching strap of any kind plus a special seat belt to afix the client to the table. These can be purchased at Stretchingusa.com. Similar straps can be found on amazon and other retailers. Feel free to order straps after the training or not at all - the choice is yours!

Your 12 CEs of online general CE and mandatory subject CE credit was produced by CE Institute LLC Founder, Selena Belisle. 

Selena has been practicing massage therapy for 30 years.  She started when she was competing on Team USA in the Athens Greece Olympic Stadium for her 1^st World Championship title.  She went on to win 3 WAF World Titles in Arm Wrestling and other various minor sport titles.  After the height of her professional athletic career, Selena sought formal “full body” massage therapy training in 1995 in a 1,000+ hour program at the Massage Institute of New England in Cambridge, Massachusetts – the same city where other schools such as MIT and Harvard University are located.

Selena endured a serious life-threatening motorcycle accident after graduating from massage school. She awoke from a coma, temporarily paralyzed, blind, on advanced life support, with a severe brain injury, sepsis plus overwhelming organ and orthopedic damage and trauma. She spent the majority of a Summer in the Boston Medical Center between the SICU and floor where she "coded" several times. Once discharged, Selena was sent home emaciated (90 lbs), in casts, unable to walk, work or lie flat (supine or prone) and in need of multiple follow-up surgeries. She overcame this accident through daily massage and regular chiropractic/acupuncture holistic care. Selena rehabilitated herself all the way back into professional athletics and won her last U.S. National Arm Wrestling title 8 years after this devastating accident. Selena has a profound knowledge and interest in the human body and how to achieve its optimal health, healing and function.

Selena’s education in advanced modalities include numerous Paul St. John Neuromuscular Therapy live class Certifications, live Myofascial Release courses with John Barnes, Robert King and George Kousaleos of the CORE Institute, live class Traditional Chinese Medicine Certifications from the Beijing Hospital and New England School of Acupuncture as well as hundreds of other live and online classes and trainings.
