This is an extremely brief 1 CE hour course and not appropriate for students seeking to learn MLD practice. It's a great mini-introduction to MLD training, and a great refresher brief for those who are already training in MLD practice. This 1 hour training includes:
- a review of relevant lymphatic tissues which are addressed in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Bodywork
- an overview of how the lymphatic system works
- a brief instructor hands-on demonstration of pumping the lymphatic terminus, where the lymphatic system meets the cardiovascular system within the human body
