As an instructor here at CE Institute LLC, I recently had a poor massage experience that felt like an appropriate teaching moment. Without naming names, and while recognizing that massage is like ice cream flavors, some people may have different tastes, I felt it was important to document the experience here at so that practitioners could learn from it.
I went to a massage establishment where I have had reliably great massage appointments over the past year between two different therapists. Both therapists were not available for my next appointment during my rigid schedule, so the receptionist recommended that I try their lead therapist as a substitute. I agreed, and scheduled a 90 minute massage appointment which is what I standardly book.
Everything was perfectly normal when I arrived. The establishment was tidy and clean. The staff were pleasant and professional. I was taken for my appointment on-time. Unfortunately I already had a slight headache when I arrived, but I figured that's a great time to receive a massage! Massage has regularly helped relieve my headaches, so I felt this was perfect timing.
.
The therapist didn't really ask much about my headache, and instead simply instructed me to lie face down in the face cradle to start the 90-minute appointment. She seemed to approach the appointment in some form of cookie-cutter style where everyone gets the same thing, and according to her, she starts all of her appointments with back massage and the client pronated.
.
My headache was likely due to allergies, as I had some serious sinus pain, so lying face down in the face cradle wasn't appealing to me, but I did it anyway to simply observe what this lead therapist would do next. I figured she might have some amazing trick or technique and I was willing to go along with her instructions, to a point.
.
She also had the table warmer on, but because I'm menopausal, I asked her to remove the top blanket covering the sheet because I was way too hot with the table warmer. This was the first thing we did when she reentered the room.
Once she removed the blanket, she then put what felt like a heavy towel over my head while I lay pronated, struggling to breath in the face cradle with a growing sinus-type headache. It was astonishing to me that someone would cover my head with a heavy towel, despite knowing I was already too hot and suffering from head pain.
.
In my opinion as a massage instructor, this is a perfect example where a therapist is simply doing what they do to all clients in a "cookie-cutter style massage", regardless of the client's individual medical presentation.
.
After the therapist removed the towel from my head at my request, she then started a back massage. She completely ignored my headache, while I continued suffering in the pronated position in the face cradle.
.
The back massage began with what felt like a firm patting session with lotion. She would perform a stroke from either top to bottom or bottom to top, and while she had wonderful contact, when she reached the end of the stroke, she broke contact, lifted her hand off my body, and placed her hand back at the start of the last stroke and repeated this over and over again, until she moved onto the next stroke. The constant broken contact literally felt like I was being patted like a dog, instead of receiving a massage. This went on for over ten minutes, until I finally said something with an increasing headache in the pronated position.
.
I told her I was uncomfortable with the pressure on my sinuses in the face cradle, and it felt like I had a very fast growing sinus headache. I requested to roll over into a supinated position, and perhaps even elevate my head a little above my shoulders to help the growing sinus pressure. I also asked her if she wouldn't mind performing some facial and scalp massage first, to try to relieve the headache, for which she agreed.
.
I do not want anyone to think we're writing about something trivial here - we'd just like to make the point that this felt like what some of us call a "cookie cutter" style of massage, where all clients are getting the same thing, without independent evaluation or a customized treatment for my medical situation, and it was pretty awful. By the time I rolled over on the table into a supine position, my head was pounding so badly that I had to get up. I was unable to finish receiving the massage because I had become nauseous and it started to feel like a roaring migraine. And while I can't say for medical certainty, I can say after decades of suffering with headaches and migraines, I likely escalated in pain so quickly due to the position I was placed in, without a second thought by this massage therapist.
.
In our teachings, we instruct massage therapists to ask the following type of questions when a client presents with a headache::
- What type of headache do you have? Do you know, or do they all feel the same?
- Are you taking any medication for your headaches?
- Where are you experiencing pain?
- Is there anything I can do to help you feel better?
- Where would you like me to start the massage?
- What position do you think you'd be most comfortable in?
Any of these questions could have helped the therapist help me. But she didn't do this. She simply did what she said she does with every other client, which is not the most effective method to execute a quality professional massage.
.
Obviously, I could have directed the therapist to do a better job than what she did; however, it's not the client's job to direct a therapist to do quality work. At no time should a therapist expect a client to tell them to do something that they should already know what to do. In fact, some clients might think the therapist knows best and simply follow their directions unquestioned, despite a deteriorating medical situation such as what I experienced. As such, it's critical for massage therapists to ask questions, and appropriately respond to answers and feedback.
.
A massage for a geriatric client, a massage for a professional athlete about to enter a sports competition, and a massage for a teacher with a sinus headache will all require something different. It's up to the therapist to determine what each individual client needs, and then execute a customized treatment plan for each individual client, even when it's just for one appointment. Afterall, this is the therapist's opportunity to acquire another client, because if she was able to appropriately treat my headache, I'd likely book another massage appointment when I had another headache.
.
Massage therapists must ask questions and determine what would be best for the client, rather than treat every client in the same manner. Not everyone is going to like the same exact massage, and in my particular case, it probably made me sicker than how I initially presented at the beginning of the appointment.
.
We understand that the massage therapy industry has a very high burnout rate; however, repeatedly providing the same thing over and over again, in some type of cookie cutter style treatment will likely add to that burnout feeling and effect. We are not robots, but when massage therapists behave like robots, and simply do overly repetitive work, it's no wonder that they would burn out from this. To avoid burnout and become a better practitioner, a massage therapist should always professionally interact with a client to determine their needs, and then provide a service that will truly benefit the client.
.
If clients wanted a one-style fits all cookie cutter approach, then they'd probably buy a massage chair from Sharper Image. Robotic massage equipment can provide the same treatment over and over again. Instead, most massage clients seek services from therapists for a more customized human experience, and we hope in sharing this experience, that is what more massage clients will hopefully receive.

I am eternally indebted to the exceptional team at SeftyHub Retrieval for their unparalleled skill in reclaiming $64,000 worth of Bitcoin that I had foolishly entrusted to a fraudulent crypto investment scheme on Facebook. The ordeal left me in profound despair consumed by regret and teetering on the edge of hopelessness. The sheer magnitude of my loss was paralyzing, and I spiraled into a dark abyss of anxiety and self-reproach.Salvation came through my younger sibling, who, upon witnessing my anguish, connected me with a prodigious hacker from their collegiate past. Skepticism initially held me back; the notion of retrieving stolen cryptocurrency seemed implausible, a futile endeavor against the anonymity of blockchain scams. Yet, propelled by desperation, I reluctantly sought SEFTYHUB HACKER Retrieval assistance a decision that proved nothing short of miraculous. With breathtaking efficiency, their team orchestrated the retrieval of my funds within a mere 18-20 hours. They elucidated that the delay stemmed from the scammers’ attempts to obfuscate the trail, having shifted the Bitcoin through multiple wallets. Nevertheless, their sophisticated forensic techniques and relentless pursuit dismantled the thieves’ subterfuge, restoring what I had resigned to oblivion. The euphoria of redemption is indescribable. SEFTYHUB not only salvaged my financial ruin but also reinstated my faith in justice within the volatile realm of cryptocurrency

I reached out to SEFTYHUB during one of the most stressful periods of my relationship. I had noticed several things that didn’t make sense, and I was constantly asking myself whether I was imagining everything or whether something was actually wrong.
Instead of immediately confronting my spouse with accusations, I decided to seek professional guidance first. SEFTYHUB helped me understand how to approach the situation carefully and legally, while focusing on evidence and responsible decision-making.
The biggest relief wasn’t simply getting answers — it was finally having a clearer understanding of what steps I could take without making the situation worse.

Every day, thousands of people visit websites offering investment opportunities, cryptocurrency services, and digital financial products. Many of these platforms are legitimate, but others are created solely to deceive unsuspecting users. At first glance, a fraudulent website may appear professional, complete with customer reviews, support chat, and polished branding. The difference is often hidden beneath the sur face.
One of the most effective ways to reduce risk is to slow down before taking action. Verify the website address carefully, research the company behind the platform, and avoid making decisions based solely on urgency or promises of unusually high returns. A few extra minutes spent checking details can prevent significant financial loss.
At CYBER VAULT GUARD, we regularly educate individuals and businesses about cybersecurity risks, blockchain investigations, digital forensics, and online fraud awareness. Additional information about our professional services and educational resources can be found at
Fraudulent platforms often rely on psychological pressure rather than technical sophistication. Victims may be told they have only a limited time to invest, claim a reward, or verify an account. Others are encouraged to ignore warning signs because “everyone else is making money.” These tactics are designed to bypass careful thinking and create a sense of urgency.
Another important habit is protecting personal information. Recovery phrases, authentication codes, passwords, and private keys should never be shared with anyone claiming they need them for verification or technical support. Legitimate organizations rarely request this type of sensitive information through unsolicited messages.
If you believe you have interacted with a suspicious platform, avoid making further transactions until you have reviewed the situation carefully. Preserve emails, screenshots, wallet addresses, transaction IDs, and any communication related to the incident. Even small details may help establish a clearer timeline during a professional review cybervaultguard (mailto:cybervaultguard@mail.com)is ultimately about making informed decisions. The marital crisis I was going through came to and end when Dr Isikolo got involved. Just like every other couples out there, we had our differences and I ensure I did my best to lead her right, provide for her and my kids and also protected them. We both made sacrifices to ensure we survived the union until she started acting up and deliberately had so many fights with me. The home became unpleasant for everyone else including my children. She was being manipulated by a friend who had been divorced and wanted to also ruin my marriage. I had to contact Dr Isikolo and he responded and did his best to end the issues. He restored the love and connection between us and I can tell now that whatever illusion my wife was under has been taking away and she is a better woman now. The result of what Dr Isikolo did for me that manifested after two days was what amazed me. I and my household remain grateful. I appeal to anyone who needs help to fix their relationships and marital problems to contact Dr Isikolo because the solution is sure. Text him on WhatsApp via +2348133261196

Good day sir/madam, I’m Vanessa Craig and it’s a lovely morning here. I am writing this article to inform everyone that just because we overlook certain information due to our lack of knowledge doesn’t mean it isn’t real. I lost $729K USD worth of BTC after my Cold Card wallet was hacked few days ago, who would have thought that could’ve happened ? Well, it did and it ruined my financial situation immediately. I was left in shambles and I was disoriented. I happen to stumble a post on Twitter about a writer who had been in similar situation, then I realized the hack was huge as over $100m was lost to this cold card wallet hack. I contacted one of the victims on Twitter who was able to recover their wallet and BTC funds with the help of Morphohack Cyber Service, a crypto and funds recovery service, Morphohack Was able to offer the same services to me, and within a few hours after contacting Morphohack, my wallet and BTC was recovered. After the hack, I thought all was gone for good but I’m astonished that a team like Morphohack is out there helping victims of crypto loss recover their money. I highly recommend them (Morphohack@cyberservices. com) they are very trustworthy and reliable.

HAVE YOU LOST A FORTUNE TO CRYPTOCURRENCY INVESTMENT FRAUDSTERS, PIG BUTCHERING HOAX, PHISHING LINKS & ET CETERA ? HERE COMES REDEMPTION WITH EMERALD HACKS….SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION WITH AN EXPERT TODAY.
Emeraldhacks was founded by a small group of blockchain analysts and financial-crime investigators who spent years building tracing tools for exchanges and law enforcement. We saw the same pattern too often: a victim reports a scam, and the trail goes cold because no one follows it fast enough.
We built Emeraldhacks to close that gap. Every case is handled by an analyst, not a call-center script — and every case gets an honest read on whether recovery is realistic before you spend a dollar.

As cryptocurrency continues to reshape finance in 2026, scams, hacks, phishing attacks, and lost wallet access remain major challenges for digital-asset owners.
Pro Wizard Gilbert Recovery helps clients investigate cryptocurrency-related incidents through blockchain analysis, cybersecurity investigation, and digital evidence assessment. Our process begins by reviewing the circumstances of the case, including wallet addresses, transaction hashes, screenshots, communications, and other available evidence.
WhatsApp:==https://wa.link/vkk2xt
We then analyze relevant blockchain activity to understand how digital assets moved and identify potential leads. Where appropriate, our findings can help clients communicate with exchanges, legal professionals, cybersecurity specialists, or relevant authorities.
Our approach is based on ethical investigation, transparency, and realistic expectations. Cryptocurrency transactions are often irreversible, so no legitimate recovery provider can guarantee that stolen assets will be returned.
If you have experienced a cryptocurrency scam, unauthorized transaction, hacked wallet, or lost access, Pro Wizard Gilbert Recovery can help you understand the available evidence and explore legitimate recovery options.

BITCOIN SCAM RECOVERY SOLUTIONS / ALPHA RECOVERY EXPERTS.
How do I Recover My Stolen Cryptocurrency Without Being Scammed Again?
I can’t stop thanking ALPHA RECOVERY EXPERTS for assisting me in recovering my lost bitcoin, which I had assumed was lost forever. I recently lost $318,000 to a cryptocurrency investment scam. The company posed as an investment firm that could provide a high percentage of profits if you deposited Bitcoin with them. At first, it appeared to be real; it worked twice. I had no idea they had set up a (robot) that would entirely shut down your account after you had opted to invest much. One day, while browsing the internet, I came across a story about how ALPHA RECOVERY EXPERTS assisted a family in recovering their lost investment from a fraud. Experiencing a similar problem. I chose to contact them. From our initial chat, it was evident that ALPHA RECOVERY EXPERTS had a genuine desire to aid fraud victims like myself. He began by reviewing my findings and then started the recovery process. It took the team 72 hours to locate and restore my stolen funds. I am incredibly appreciative for the recovery services he provided me.

With my experience working with Dr Isikolo, i came to the conclusion there are very good and honest people out there who can truly do all they can to fix whatever problems you have even when they are not known to you visibly or see them in person. I lost my marriage for not being able to fully what it means to lead a woman right and accept the fact that they are wired in a way we men can never understand. I had to seek help from Dr Isikolo knowing my wife is a good woman whom i cant loose to anyone else. It was a tough situation for me though and too many things was revealed to me while he was helping me to fix the problems and i got the effect of the result just after 48 hours as he assured me and i have my wife back home to me. Hello people, I want to share my testimony with all of you. I have daily 9 to 5 jobs but while I work, I try my luck at playing instant Lotto. On this particular day, I decided to seek help online regarding tips for winning the lottery and I saw many individuals testifying about Meduza spells. I reached out to him and informed him that I needed help to win the lottery and he clarified the process to me stating that after he casts the spell, it will take 48 hours for him to provide me the winning numbers which I accepted. I followed all his instructions and he provided me with the numbers to enter the Lottery. After the draw the following morning I received a notification on the Lottery app on my phone indicating that I was the lucky winner of $273 million on the New Jersey Lottery and I’m here to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Meduza. I have been a crab fisherman for 40 years. I started working at a local fish plant a few years ago. I love playing lotto bets, so I buy lotto tickets often but find it difficult to win. I read about Lord Bubuza’s lottery spells on the internet, so I contacted him for help to win Lotto 649. He told me that he would need to cast a lotto spell so that he can reveal the lotto numbers I will choose. I was sceptical, but my wife Nancy told me to give it a try. I provided his requirements to cast the lotto spells, and he gave me the numbers. I bought a Lotto 649 ticket and played as Lord Bubuza instructed, to my surprise it was a big win. I won $64,000,000. My partner Nancy and I travelled to the Atlantic Lottery in Moncton to confirm the win and collect the prize. I will retire from my crab fishing with this win and continue to recommend lord Bubuza. After months of heartbreak and believing my marriage was over, I never imagined my partner and I would ever be together again. I had almost lost hope until I found Father Alaska online. Although initially skeptical, I decided to contact him and explain everything that had happened between us. He listened attentively, without judgment, asked thoughtful questions about our relationship, and gave me clear spiritual guidance. I followed all his instructions with faith and patience. To my surprise, shortly after, my partner contacted me. We had a heartfelt conversation, he apologized for everything that had happened, and we decided to rebuild our marriage together. I know every situation is different, but this was my personal experience, and I am grateful for the support I received. If you would like to contact Father Alaska, here is his information:

While every case is different and no recovery can be guaranteed, I appreciated their professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness during the process.
If you’re considering seeking help after becoming the victim of an online scam, be sure to do your own research and carefully evaluate any recovery service before making a decision.
