- Intro to Ayurvedic Medicine
- Review of the Face & Head in Ayurvedic Practice
- Review of the Foot in Ayurvedic Practice
- Lecture of the 3 Doshas
- Face & Head Marma Points
- Foot Marma Points
There will be instructor demonstration of Ayurvedic Marma Massage on the Face, Head & Feet plus time for student practice and receipt. There will be instructor demonstration of Ayurvedic Shirodhara plus student practice and receipt. Be aware, your hair/scalp will be extremely oily after receiving the shirodhara treatment.
